Why Celsus?
Celsus Aulus Cornelius was a Roman scientist, encyclopedist
and doctor. He was one of the first who began to systematize
disordered medical knowledge and definitions. He made an outstanding
contribution to the development of pathology,
traumatology and surgery. Many of
the operations described by Celsus have not changed to this day!
The essay "On Medicine" is his largest work, which has become
one of the pillars of fundamental medical science.
Aulus Cornelius Celsus owns the authorship of the quote:
"You can't cure what you couldn't recognize." It inspired us to name the company and
technology in honor of this great scientist and doctor.
